very cool stuff Ingrid. Your story about the triplets is so interesting. I also had no idea that you had practiced yoga with your dad when you were young. How neat. I so enjoyed your class when I was in LA and hope to continue in my pursuit for the ideal yoga class in Boston.

HI Ingrid, I am so happy for you as your business takes off. Put that MBA to work...in a more meanigful and gratifying way..I admire that... I will pass it on to the few west coasters who might like it.....!! Now, when are you going to push me into the YOGA phenomenon....?? If you can believe it, I run -sing-read for relaxation...this Yoga stuff might bring me to a different level:) next time we see each other=i will encourage you to teach me some moves...... I am sure your warm temperment, contagious smile and engaging personality makes families and children love your classes... smiles, aline:)
